Social Horde Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Social Horde website (the “Site”) and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

  • Ordering Process: Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. In the event of any errors or omissions in product or pricing information, we reserve the right to correct them and notify you of any necessary adjustments.

6. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Site. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you in connection with your order, including applicable taxes, as required by South African law.
  • Taxes and Charges: All applicable taxes and additional charges are included in the final price unless otherwise specified.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Geographical Scope: We currently offer shipping and delivery services within Gauteng only.
  • Delivery Timeframes and Costs: Information regarding shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and associated costs will be provided during the checkout process. Delivery dates provided are estimates and may be subject to delays.
  • Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns and Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. All products must be returned in their original condition, and certain deductions (as outlined in our Refund Policy) may apply.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation procedures detailed on the Site. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Horde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including any damages related to product performance, website errors, or service interruptions. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gauteng, South Africa, for any disputes arising under these Terms.
